Want the ritual without quite so much caffeine? Almost Average is our half caf coffee blend, combining regular and decaffeinated coffee for a cup with less caffeine while still tasting like the coffee you actually want to drink.
Medium roasted with notes of dark chocolate and a smooth, medium body, it's balanced, approachable and made for drinking any time you want to dial things back a little.
Half the Caf, All the Coffee
Half caf coffee lands in that beautiful middle ground between regular and decaf. You still get some caffeine, just less of it.
That makes Almost Average a great option for an afternoon cup, anyone trying to cut back on caffeine, or coffee drinkers who simply don't need every cup operating at full strength.
Mountain Water Process Decaf
The decaffeinated portion of Almost Average uses the Mountain Water Process, a water-based method of removing caffeine from coffee.
The goal is simple: reduce the caffeine while preserving as much of the coffee's original flavor as possible. Blended with our caffeinated coffee and roasted to a medium level, it gives Almost Average its rich, satisfying character without the caffeine of a regular cup.
Dark Chocolate & Medium Body
Almost Average has the familiar, comforting flavors we love in an everyday coffee. Expect dark chocolate notes, balanced sweetness and a medium body without an overly dark or bitter finish.
It's easy to drink black, but there's enough body and chocolate character to stand up to milk or cream.
Brew it as drip coffee, pour over, French press or espresso. Morning, afternoon, or that questionable cup after dinner, Almost Average is here when full-caf feels like overachieving.
